Indexing is entirely beyond our capacity to control. We, as publishers (or editors), are not in control of the indexation of a published document. Consequently, we cannot guarantee that a published work will be indexed or covered in a specific database. Simply stated, indexing is not a component of our business. We trust that all authors comprehend the circumstances. Publication payments are non-refundable, unless the paper's publication is canceled for our reasons.
