Time Management Model in the System of Ensuring Personnel Security for Sustainable Development Planning

Abstract

The contemporary organizational landscape is witnessing unprecedented complexity, necessitating the integration of robust time management strategies to ensure personnel security and facilitate sustainable development planning. This article proposes a theoretical and practical framework for a time management model that holistically addresses personnel security concerns. Drawing on current literature, including recent studies on time management models in accounting, construction, crisis management, and the circular economy, we integrate insights from varied fields to underscore how time allocation, prioritization, and organizational structures directly impact personnel well-being and sustainable growth. The core argument posits that effective time management is a pivotal pillar in guaranteeing personnel security by reducing workplace stress, safeguarding mental and physical health, and streamlining organizational processes. Our methodology encompasses an extensive literature review, a conceptual model of time management for personnel security, and empirical validation through scenario-based simulations. The study’s results reveal that enterprises adhering to structured time management principles not only report better workforce morale but also demonstrate enhanced resilience, reduced operational risks, and stronger alignment with sustainable development goals.
